TEPMAX Privacy Policy

Tepmax, establishes this Privacy Policy to protect personal information of TEPMAX Users in accordance with applicable laws.
1. Personal Information Collected
The Company collects the following. We do not process information of children under 16.
- (a) Upon registration (required): Email address (via OAuth), profile name
- (b) Upon exchange UID linkage (required): Exchange name, UID, futures trading history
- (c) Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, language, usage records, device information, cookies
- (d) When providing feedback: Information necessary for the inquiry
2. Retention and Disposal
The Company deletes information upon User withdrawal, except:
- (a) Ongoing legal investigations: retained until conclusion
- (b) Outstanding debts: retained until settlement
- (c) Email address: retained until service termination to prevent duplicates
- (d) Payback/commission records: retained for 5 years (PII masked)
3. Purpose of Processing

- (b) Fraud detection and prevention
- (c) Service provision
- (d) Service communications and updates
- (e) Customer support

- (g) Service improvement and development

Personal information is provided to third parties only with User consent or as required by law.
5. Cookies
The Company uses cookies to provide personalized services:
- (a) Purpose: Usage analysis, security management, service improvement, customized services
- (b) Users may reject cookies, but some services may be limited.
6. Disposal of Personal Information
- (a) Information is destroyed when retention expires or purpose is fulfilled.
- (b) Electronic files are destroyed using irrecoverable methods. Paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

- (a) Administrative: Internal management plans, employee training
- (b) Technical: Anti-hacking measures, encryption, access control, log preservation
- (c) Physical: Access control for server rooms and data storage
8. User Rights
- (a) Users may access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of their personal information at any time.
- (b) Rights may be exercised through authorized agents.
- (c) Requests: admin@tepmax.com. The Company will act without delay.
- (d) Processing suspension may require service agreement termination.
9. Additional Provisions for EU Users
These provisions apply only to EU residents and take precedence over inconsistent provisions.
- (a) Personal information may be transferred outside the EU with appropriate GDPR safeguards.
- (b) EU Users may: access and correct data; request deletion; restrict processing; receive data in machine-readable format; withdraw consent at any time.
10. Changes to Privacy Policy
The Company may amend this Policy with at least 7 days' notice (30 days for significant changes affecting User rights).
